IIRSM Members With Relevant Skills Now Eligible for CSCS Card

The International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) is now recognised as an approved professional body by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).

CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site. This is usually through having a recognised construction related qualification and a Construction Industry Training Board Health, Safety and Environment test pass within the last two years.

However, CSCS also offer cards for members of approved professional bodies, whereby applicants use their membership to prove their skills, rather than the achievement of an NVQ or other equivalent qualifications.
