*New Online Service* For Managing Health And Disability In The Workplace

HSE is supporting the development of a new online service for employers, which will provide advice and guidance on managing health and disability in the workplace.

The service may be particularly beneficial for small businesses without in-house HR support, or access to an occupational health service.

The guidance can help you with:

• Legal obligations
• Good practice
• Managing absences and keeping in tough
• Having conversations with your employee(s), in and out of work
• Deciding on changes to help them stay, or come back to work

By taking part, you’ll receive free information and guidance on disability and health-related employment issues. Or you can simply look around the site to see what is useful and identify improvements.
